Hawaiian Fish
Due to the overwhelming success of our Fresh Hawaiian Fish program, we have decided to extend it indefinitely! Come in to try daily selections of fresh fish flown in directly from Honolulu, such as Lemon Snapper, Blue Snapper, Barracuda, Sun Fish and Rainbow Runner.

Wednesday, October 2 - Kendall Jackson Wine Dinner

For our next wine dinner we decided to focus on this fantastic California Vineyard! George Parkinson, the Pennsylvania Manager for Kendall Jackson, will be here to discuss the wines. By working with George we have been able to offer some wines that are not available in Pennsylvania. They will be coming directly from the winery for our dinner! This is definitely a dinner that you don't want to miss!

We will be starting out with hors d'oeuvres and Kendall-Jackson sparkling wine from 6:30-7:00pm. Didn't know that KJ made a sparkling wine? We didn't either! It is only available in their tasting room in California! Another 1st at The Olde Greenfield Inn!

Our first course will be a piece of Hawaiian Sunfish.
This will be accompanied by:
Great Estates Chardonnay, Sonoma
20th Harvest Limited Release California Chardonnay - This is a limited edition wine that will be coming out the beginning of October to commemorate their 20th anniversary.

Next will be Beef Carpaccio.
This will be accompanied by:
Great Estates Pinot Noir, Monterey, 1999

Our main course will by Domestic Lamb served with mashed sweet potatoes with a baby marshmallow crust and fresh vegetables.

We will be tasting Great Estates Cabernet, Napa Valley, 1997. This is a rare chance to taste a delicious 1997 Napa Cab!!

For dessert we will be having our signature dessert - Cr�me Brulee and Late Harvest Chardonnay. This Chardonnay is only available in 2 places in PA! One is in Philadelphia and the other is here at The Olde Greenfield Inn!
